Full Members must take out and maintain professional indemnity insurance whilst.
Full Members maintain membership with the Association with a minimum level of indemnity of:
(i) $1,000,000.00 for any one claim; and
(ii) $2,000,000.00 in aggregate during any one period of insurance.
Upon request by the Board of Directors, Full Members must provide current certificates of insurance and other documentation reasonably required by the Association to evidence such insurances.
The Association may review the levels of indemnity and amend such levels in its discretion and Full Members must adjust their level of cover accordingly.
